Are the prices shown final?
They are starting packages matching a defined scope. After our call you receive a fixed, itemised quote: the price quoted is the price you pay, with no hidden extras.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer in three instalments: 30% on order, 40% on design approval and 30% at launch. A four-instalment schedule is available on e-commerce projects.
Is hosting included?
The first year of hosting and the domain name are included with the Brochure and E-commerce packages. After that they are covered by the monthly maintenance plan.
What does monthly maintenance cover?
Fast hosting, daily backups, WordPress and plugin updates, security monitoring, bug fixes and a credit of support hours for your content changes.
Can the site grow later on?
Yes. Every site is built modularly: adding pages, languages, a shop or a client area does not require a full rebuild.
